The district NMI Committee on Standards and Goals respecfully submit the following documents to our local churches.

  • Financial Standards and Goals (.docx) (.pdf)

Dear NMI President,

If you have a LINKS person assigned at your church, please make a copy and pass it to him/her.

The LINKS program for the current church year has experienced new highs in church participation and the payments have exceeded the requested amount. I know the missionaries appreciated the funds as well as your prayers this past year. Sincerely hope you have communicated with your LINKS missionaries and let them know you are praying for them.

We are about to enter the second year with the LINKS assignments, so payments amounts are the same as last year. The missionary assignments and requested LINKS payments are now on the District web site, CCDNMI.org, under the education banner.

We would very much appreciate your paying the LINKS dues at the upcoming NMI Convention. This makes accounting and record keeping easier.

Unfortunately, there will be a small number of churches who will not pay their LINKS payments so if possible, any overpayments will be appreciated.

Please direct any questions to:

On November 10, 2014, Holiness Legacy launched its first electronic book, in Spanish.

Led by Louie Bustle and Stan Toler, the objective of Holiness Legacy is to put a spotlight on the doctrine of holiness as a priority, both in preaching and in daily living. Holiness Legacy also desires to help believers to understand, experience, live and communicate the message of a deeper life with Christ.

Dear NMI Presidents,

Is NMI alive and well at your church? As presidents, we have been entrusted with an awesome responsibility to engage our people in support of missions. Let's check up now to see how we are doing in educating our congregations.

  1. 1. Have we been praying for our missionaries, national pastors, the Jesus Film showings, those stricken by hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, cyclones, earthquakes, storms, Ebola, AIDS, etc.?
  2. Are we using multimedia mission resources such as Living Mission adult mission curriculum, Global Mission DVDs, children/youth education curriculum, Engage online magazine, etc, to educate?
  3. Have we been promoting NMI mission books/CDs/E-books?
  4. Are we participating in mission service projects such as W&W, Youth in Missions, Crises Care Kits, School Pal Pacs, LINKS gifts, compassionate ministry centers, community projects?
  5. Have we attended one or more services with a missionary speaker or mission emphasis, been involved with Faith Promise, and/or provided interaction with a mission speaker, etc? Did you know that NMI recommends that each church schedule one missionary to speak in their church each year? Need to schedule a missionary? Our church year will be coming to a close at the end of February. Let's do all we can to collectively finish the year in great standing. Our goal is for each church to become a Mission Priority One church. If we do, our district will have paid our World Evangelism Fund in full!!!

Need ideas to accomplish your mission goals? Slip the 2014 NMI Resource Disc into your computer. (You received it at our NMI Convention back in April.) There is a plethora of info on it, just waiting to be utilized.

Be encouraged for all that's being accomplished in your church for NMI this church year. And do not grow weary in well-doing! Allow God to use you in unbelievable ways!

Sincerely for Him,
Sandy Godwin
